Blog Post Week 8

Last Saturday, me and the WAESO team went the AZNV Academy conference. It was an amazing experience. We present our research to judges and our other colleagues. Amber even won first place and we were so excited about it. I am thankful for my team and Mrs. Cotter, Cori, Josh, Max, and Amber. If it was not for their help, we would not have gotten this far. I am appreciate all the kind words everyone has been giving to us. I retested my sterlization techniques to determine if alcohol or UV is a better method to sterlize the plastic. So far only the TSA show small traces of bacteria growing in them. These are not Pseudomonas since it did not grow on the PF or PIA. The alcohol method may be the better method. Now my next step is growing the Pseudomonas on the clean plastic.
